Bottega Young Grappa

Grappa is the oldest and most traditional distillate in Northern Italy, produced from the solid residues left by grape pressing. A skilful distillation of pomace allows for the extraction and enhancement of the unique characteristics of grape skins, where the main aromatic components of the grape are concentrated.
Grappa Sandro Bottega is a product with a great personality, characterised by elegant, captivating packaging and a delicately shaped bottle that symbolises a drop of grappa at the moment of distillation.

Colour and Appearance
Transparent and crystal clear.

Bouquet
Clean and perfumed, it is characterised by hints of fresh fruit and a pleasant note reminiscent of wildflowers.

Pōkeno Sauvignon Blanc Cask

This is one of our most innovative single casks to date, and is a celebration of our fantastic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. In 2020, we gave a bourbon barrel to our friends at Hunting Lodge Winery to age their homeblock Sauvignon Blanc.

In 2021, we received the barrel back and filled it with new make spirit for full maturation.

On the nose, there are the incredibly rich and crisp zesty notes of Sauvignon blanc, combining with the classic citrus notes of Pokeno.

On the mouth, there is an explosion of citrus and tropical fruits, accompanied by sweet vanilla beans.

Pōkeno Sauternes Cask Single Cask

Another first for Pokeno – we managed to secure a cask from one of France’s finest wineries. After an initial three years in a first fill bourbon cask, the single malt was moved to a Sauternes White Wine cask to complete its maturation for a further two years.

On the nose, pear, peach, and honeydew watermelon accompany our traditional citrus notes. In the mouth almond, honey, toffee and dark chocolate mingle beautifully for a smooth and lingering finish.

NODO Tequilana Reposado

NO DO Tequilana Reposado focuses on barrel selection to deliver this perfectly aged agave spirit. Aged 4 months in single-use bourbon barrels. Great for sipping neat or mixing with a Tommy’s Margarita and Paloma cocktails. This is a classic style of Reposado Tequila in every sense, but the regulatory name. Tasting like Tequila of yesteryear, before modern Tequila switched to industrialised farming and production shortcuts. This Tequilana is produced only 5 minutes away from the Tequila outskirts.

With the border in sight, the denomination of origin does not apply here, meaning this unique spirit focuses on the people behind the label, their family history and the production process.

The Bauelos family has been making Tequilana since the 1970s, well before the Denomination of Origin for Tequila was defined or regulated.
