The latest release features a blend of single malts aged up to sixteen years, using ex-Bourbon, French oak red wine barriques, and beer casks, showcasing Master Blender Jota Tanaka’s signature layered complexity.

Tanaka describes this whisky as “Delicate, but with lots of layers of flavours. All in harmony,” with tasting notes of oatmeal biscuits, fresh peaches, and white table grapes, finished with a hint of wildflower honey.

A limited edition single malt whiskey launched by Matsui Shuzo Kurayoshi Distillery to celebrate the Year of the Dragon. It is the third in the zodiac series. The wine label adopts Kiryu weave, showing the majestic dragon soaring in the sky, wishing rapid development and prosperity in this year.

This wine has a soft, fragrant and refreshing malt aroma, accompanied by a balanced sourness and bittersweetness of raisins, nuts and vanilla, which unfolds harmoniously in the mouth.

“Kiryu Textile”
Kiryu Textile, which has a history of more than 1,000 years, is a textile made in Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. Because of its excellent quality, it is known as “West Town (Kyoto), East Kiryu (Gunma)” reputation. Textiles made using seven weaving techniques are smooth and shiny, and are often used to make high-end kimonos and clothing accessories and are very popular among people.
