Hand-harvested and delicately made, this dry Riesling was fermented naturally and given some aging on yeast lees to add the texture and roundness to make it delicious young, if you just can’t wait. Otherwise, every bit as fresh, vibrant, and minerally as you could hope for this great example of dry Central Otago Riesling.
