Lepanto is produced in the Charentais distillation process like French cognac, after which it is distilled twice in copper stills. It then rests in selected 30-year-old ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks using the Solera process, which gives it its distinctive character and golden brown color.

TASTING NOTES

Aromatic and fruity, with notes of dates, figs, raisins, and oak. Soft, sweet notes of dried fruit and herbs. Long-lasting.
