Initially matured in refill and hogshead casks, the whisky was then finished in first-fill Sangiovese wine casks, from the Valdarno di Sopra region in Tuscany, Italy.

Indulge in the rich aromas of ripe cherries and succulent red plums beautifully layered with candied orange peel and honeyed figs, then delicate floral notes of violets.

Subtle clove spice emerges, complemented by a touch of vanilla and toasted oak.
