“Similar to the Capel Double Distilled Transparent Pisco, this expression is made with Pedro Ximenez grapes with have been double distilled. However, after this, the Pisco has been aged for 6 months in American oak casks to develop further flavours. A beautifully bottled Reservado Pisco from Capel in Chile. After maturing in American oak barrels, the traditional grape brandy has been put into bottles shaped like the Moai statues on Easter Island.”

Blood Orange, Floral, Walnut

Good equilibrium on the nose and palate which makes it great for bars to make a wise range of cocktails.  Very smooth on the palate with a slight sweetness from the fruit and the American oak.  On the nose it is floral, citrus, walnuts and hazelnuts with orange peel being felt.
