Fromm Organic Syrah 750ml

The bouquet has power and energy: dark berries and baked mushroom, fresh black currant, and moments of wild red berries; peppery spice undertones; and a mild baked spice of oak, with whispers of clove and vanilla. Delicious on the palate, dry, taut, youthful and warm. Flavours of wild dark berries, spice, and earthy qualities show first, then a mix of fine and new coarse silk tannins, with a backbone of acidity that completes the mouthfeel, coating the palate with spice, flavour, texture, and oak.

An awesome rendition of the variety, showing blackberry, sweet plum, tar, violet and almond characters, followed by a concentrated palate that’s plump and richly textured. Wonderfully rounded and supple with finely infused tannins, finishing immensely long and engaging. Certified organic.
