1919 Distilling Classic Gin

Named for the year that New Zealanders stood up for their rights and voted down the prohibition, our Original Gin (41% ABV) is locally produced in our custom-made still. Created using Otago cherries, Manuka Honey, organic lemons and oranges, plus botanicals including juniper, angelica root, and cinnamon, this is a classic gin that celebrates old-world charm, passion, and charisma.

1919 Distilling Summer Pink Gin

While summer has faded away our Pink Summer Gin has not. Distilled with raspberries and 100% Auckland grown strawberries it is sure to be a winner on a hot summer day. The flavour profile is refreshing with a lingering flavour of strawberry, best served with a good tonic and freshly sliced strawberry to garnish.
