Tasting Note: Another generous growing season has resulted in a Harmonie du Soir release that impressively treads the line between power and restraint. 2019 provided excellent growing conditions, the vintage was characterised by warm temperatures and limited rainfall. Early summer was wet, though conditions dried out post veraison and remained warm and dry through harvest. Yield for the vintage was up with ~16 tones picked. 45% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Franc, 7% Carmenère, 6% Malbec.
