AnCnoc Blackhill Reserve Single Malt Whisky 1 ltr: “Black Hill Reserve is an impressive single malt Scotch whisky which has been allowed to mature in first fill ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV.

The name of this release comes from the name of the distillery, Knockdhu, which means Black Hill in Gaelic.

Tasting Notes Nose: Lots of orchard fruit on the nose (something of a signature for anCnoc). Soon joined by sweet, creamy vanilla.

Palate: Apple and orange stay at the fore, backed up by continued bourbon-cask vanillas and a touch of cooking spice.

Finish: Quite long and chocolatey.”
