Matured in a combination of American and European oak casks, married in a traditional oak tun, Balvenie 25 Year Old Rare Marriages embodies the distillery’s character of honey and rich oak, alongside a unique depth and complexity gained from a quarter of a century in wood.

• NOSE

  Soft autumn fruits, runny honey, crystallized ginger, and raw sugar cane. An underlying rich oakiness creates complexity and structure.

• PALATE

  The initial bold vanilla oak flavours slowly dissipate to reveal layers of toasted marshmallows, fresh fruit terrine, and cinnamon-infused apple tart.
