We decided that the hop combo of Mosaic, Sabro, and Citra would suit some mandarin flavours (taken from the peel of fresh season mandarins) brilliantly.

So we brewed a session hazy IPA and dosed it with loads of mandarin zest to create a hoppy and fruity sensation. We all know that loose skin mandarin is the best so that’s why we used them… Duh.
