On the palate, it is persistent, balanced and complex.
perfect serve
In a tumbler, with one or two large ice cubes. Add a few drops of Angostura bitters and muddle a twist of orange peel with a bar spoon. The angostura bitters enhance the oaky notes and the orange harmonises with the nuances of cocoa and vanilla.
pairing
Ideal served with nuts (hazelnuts, almonds), mature cheeses, dried apricots or desserts such as tiramisu or chocolate coulant.
