The most famous Canadian whisky, Crown Royal, is made with over 50 different whiskies, and they’ve been making it for over 70 years. It was first created in 1939 to celebrate King George VI’s visit to Canada. Usually drunk neat or on the rocks, but also used in mixed drinks.

It is characterised by an aroma with a hint of vanilla and fruit; the flavour is smooth and long-lasting. Crown Royal’s perfectly blended whisky has become the standard of excellence for Canadian whisky. Complex yet restrained, with depth and a subtle charm. Poached pear, peach, creamy toffee, sweet vanilla and a hint of light rye notes, lemon nut and hickory.
