Beautifully orchestrating the influences of first fill ex-bourbon, aged Tawny Port (10 years old) and exclusive Matusalem sherry cask (30 years old) finishes.

Nose: Orange peel/Cointreau, some woody and herbal spices, touch floral, polished wood, barley malt, vanilla, dessert-like, chocolate orange creme brulee, cherry tart.

Taste: Medium-light bodied, silky, creamy vanilla, honey, light caramel, little spiced and spirit later, dry/powdered baking spices, cinnamon, mace, chilli heat, almost menthol, orange sherbet and gingerbread.

Finish: Long, spiced. soft vanilla, black cherry and toffee.
