The 2019 release of Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition was distilled in 2004 and matured in oloroso sherry casks, before being bottled in 2019.

Nose: clearly fresh sherry with malty aromas, mild honey, and spicy heather
Taste: spicy at first, then sweeter with notes of ripe grapes
Finish: dry on the finish with intense notes of oak and vanilla, pleasant spice.
