“Well, it’s been a few months since we brewed a really mean West Coast IPA. Back to basics then plus some. Using the biggest most aggressive hops we have in our arsenal; The newly released hop Pahto, (previously known as Hop Breeding Company – HBC682 ). Pahto is the Native American name for Mt Adams, which is a major feature on the skyline in the Yakima Valley and is also part of the Cascade mountain range, which also gave its name to the hop variety.
