This gin cannot be compared to any other gin. It tastes like a meadow in bloom, with amazing floral flavours and light early fruits. The distillers go out into the wilds of Wicklow and forage for botanicals, picking what grows and distilling  with it the very next day. This gin transports you to a place and time in Glendalough Distillery’s home, the Wicklow Mountains, with every sip.

On the nose, meadow in bloom, elderflower, fresh citrus and ripe green apples. Robust and powerful on the palate with a warming, growing sweetness. Honeydew melon, strawberry, earthy mid notes followed by spice with zesty citrus keeping it fresh throughout.  Long and slightly spicy finish.

60ml Glendalough Summer Gin over ice. Topped up with a Premium Elderflower Tonic. Garnish with 2 slices of Orange.
