We’re very pleased to have this new American whiskey on the shelves that has only just become available outside the US for the first time. Comprised of 60% Corn, 20% Colorado-grown wheat, 10% Colorado-grown rye, 10% Colorado-grown barley, which has gone through a classic open air, sour mash fermentation, before distillation in their Vendome still. A well-rounded dram with notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted nuts.
