This limited bottling from the brand new Lindores Distillery, the historical home of Scotch whisky, is from their ’The Casks of Lindores’ series.

Bottled entirely from ex-bourbon casks, this fresh, summery dram opens with juicy orchard fruits, creamy butterscotch, vanilla and a touch of citrus on the nose.

Fresh apples turned into baked apple pie on the palate, with tart marmalade and soft hints of oak and peppery spice. Spritely and silky, this is the perfect Lowland sipper.
