The Macallan Double Cask is 30 Years Old, aged for thirty years in a harmonious union of American and European oak sherry seasoned casks, to create a unique taste and character.

A special whisky to be savoured, with a rich, complex flavour profile and notes of ginger and vanilla.

Double Cask 30 Years Old is a charming combination of cinder toffee, honeycomb, vanilla and red apples – and I wanted to depict the vibrant colours and varying textures of these luscious flavours in the image, reminiscent of the great Flemish still life paintings from the 17th century.
