Murderer’s Bay Aged Rum
Aged 14 years in single oak casks, this rum is like no other. Our rum is fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled in New Zealand. It is immensely smooth with hints of vanilla bean, cream, and slight notes of sweetness. Murderer’s Bay should be enjoyed neat or with an ice cube.
Aroma – in the glass: rich, creamy aromas of raisin ice-cream, nutmeg, clove, and vanilla pancake.
Palate – in the mouth: vanilla bean, nutmeg, spice, with a straw and tobacco finish.
Finish – the aftertaste: a beautiful, full-bodied and poignant rum taste that softens into a light, creamy, and almost silky mouthfeel.
