No 8 Distillery Hibiscus Gin is a blend of Asian spices & Aotearoa natives give this natural ruby color & sugar-free taste. Fruity and smooth makes this one is a  “Ladies’ delight”.

Mandarin, yuzu, orange bitter, cinnamon aromas. The sweetness from the gorse flower foraged, spices on the palate. The exotic tartness of passionfruit, ginger, and hibiscus on the finish.

Made from a unique recipe and coloured by macerating hibiscus petals in the gin after distillation. Natural coloring does mean colour will fade if exposed to sunlight.

Pairs well with Elderflower or Yuzu Tonic.
