Inspired by the Coromandel landscape and the region’s culture, wanting to create gins that embodied the surroundings, along with the traditional botanicals. This meant using local ingredients was a prerequisite.  

Our carefully hand-crafted dry gin uses eight traditional and native botanicals each uniquely infused and distilled in our Old Mate pot still.

Coriander, lemon, orris root, angelica root, liquorice root, pink peppercorns, and cassia bark all melded together in a juniper berry hold-all.
