Inspired by the Coromandel landscape and the region’s culture, wanting to create gins that embodied the surroundings, along with the traditional botanicals. This meant using local ingredients was a prerequisite.

Our carefully hand-crafted citrus gin uses ten traditional and native botanicals each uniquely infused and distilled in our Old Mate pot still.

Juniper, coriander, liquorice root, orris root, angelica root, lemon, lime, bitter orange, grapefruit, and lemon myrtle.
