Their Monk Like Mary Belgian Quadrupel Ale, was aged in Pokeno Casks which had been used for marrying our Discovery Single Malt. It is a rich and fruity beer, with aromas of lightly roasted specialty malts, dried fruit, Belgian candi sugar, and restrained spice.

We decided to then refill one of the casks with Pokeno Single malt, which had been fully matured in first-fill bourbon barrels.
