We love finding cool new creative collaborations, and for this special creation we teamed up with our friends from Behemoth

Their Pokeno Gold Imperial Stout was aged in Pokeno Casks which had been used for a full maturation of our Pokeno Origin. It has a huge depth of flavour from a comprehensive malt bill with dark chocolate, roasted barley and coffee flavours.

We decided to then refill one of the casks with Pokeno single malt, which had been fully matured in first-fill bourbon barrels. The flavours of the beer have combined beautifully with the sweet citrus notes of the whisky, to create a deliciously different single malt
