The Redbreast variety is a full bodied Single Pot Still Irish Whisky that has tastes of raisins, prunes, figs, nuts, malt extract, pipe tobacco and ground coffee. Tasting Notes of the 21YO:

Nose: Remarkable aroma spanning fresh tropical fruits, nuts and rich dry fruit.

Taste: Soft vanilla, toasted oak, sherry nuttiness with a dusting of pot still spices. Luscious fleshy fruit notes complete the creamy mouth feel.

Finish: Lingers, seemingly forever, to oak and pot spices, and then, the final bow to barley- where it all began.
