Designed and created by Barry Wade from River Estate. Barry originally created this Dukkah for his own tasting room, and started selling it only after many requests from customers. This Dukkah includes: Almonds, pistachio nuts, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, sesame seeds, pepper and salt. Size: 60g net weight, in plastic jar. Uses: Serve in a small dish alongside olive oil – dip bread into olive oil, then dip into Dukkah – delicious! Also great sprinkled through salads.
