Terrific flagship rum bottled by Richard Seale, the famous Bajan rum producer and now proprietor of Barbados’s Foursquare distillery. This stuff is excellent.

• APPEARANCE : Clear, honey gold but with tiny dark particles in suspension.

• AROMA : Spicy cooked red appled with vanilla, raw pastry, thyme and old oak wardrobe.

• TASTE : Slightly sweet, warm spicy (cinnamon, nutmeg) cidery roasted apple and caramel.

• AFTERTASTE : Woody toffee apple, creamy vanilla and milk chocolate with lingering spice.
