The 2025 release is a long-awaited return of 100% ex-bourbon cask-matured version of Springbank’s 12-year-old Cask Strength. A cracking example of Springbank’s spirit, this is lush with fruit salad candies, dried mango, raspberry ripple and dark chocolate.

On the palate, the lightly peated barley makes itself known with a smoked cayenne pepper and crushed chilli flavour, joining toffee and charred steak.

To finish, gentle peat smoke emerges with pink grapefruit, cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels.
