Nose
Medjool dates and sticky toffee pudding notes initially, followed by rich treacle, stewed plums and a burst of blood orange zest. Delicate peat smoke lingers in the background.
Palate
The peat smoke lingers on the palate, alongside notes of smoked figs, caramelised brown sugar, cigar box, blackberries and Iberico ham.
Finish
There are notes of banana bread, cinnamon spice and a savoury, earthy note to close off this note.
