Produced solely from Bere barley grown at the Clochkiel farm in Campbeltown, this 2025 edition of Springbank’s iconic ‘Local Barley’ was selected from a parcel of casks, 60% ex-bourbon and 40% ex-sherry.

The nose opens with notes of fig rolls, date syrup and plums, before a more pronounced savoury element develops.

To taste, an earthy burdock and mushroom flavour comes through, with vivid umami notes of tamari soy sauce and liquorice. On the finish, notes of campfire ash and treacle round out this Springbank.
