Tamdhu Distillery, which sits in the heart of Speyside, produces a classic rich, old fashioned, rounded style. The distillery fills exclusively ex-Sherry casks for the Tamdhu single malt.

Nose

Rich and enticing; iced cinnamon rolls, orange boiled sweets, fresh sweet oak with raisins and a faint hint of mint.

Palate

Silky texture that coats the mouth with banana, berry jam, malt biscuit and classic sherry oak depth.

Finish

Pleasantly long and balanced with ground spice, dried fruit and soft Scottish tablet, finally unveiling the merest whisper of peat smoke.
