We’ve hand-selected the very finest first-fill Oloroso casks from Jerez – in other words, the very best of the best.

These exceptionally expensive casks are the pinnacle of sherry cask maturation, which bestow upon the whisky two great gifts: rich mahogany colour and outstanding taste. Fittingly, we bottle Gran Reserva un-chill-filtered, just as nature intended.

Sherry sweetness and complex oak, with a tingle of zest, spice, and soft fruit.
