Our 2021 Wildsong Chardonnay comes from a vineyard at Mangatahi at the base of the Ruahine Ranges one of the highest wine-growing areas in Hawke’s Bay.  Harvested early in the morning, gently pressed, and then fermented in stainless steel to maximise fruit purity and intensity.

Very floral on the nose with stone fruit flowers, quince, and candied nuts (aha).  Lively and vibrant with a fantastic creamy texture, melon and stone fruit combine with fresh pastries on the finish…pour me a glass!
