Delivering outstanding value, this is a single vineyard Pinot Noir from Terra Sancta’s high altitude Mysterious Diggings vineyard located in the premium Central Otago subregion of Bannockburn. Vines grown at 300 meters above sea level in sandy soils produce flavourful, pristine Pinot Noir. Hand-picked and treated gently in the winery, our goal is to preserve the beauty of the fruit to create this delicious, vibrant Pinot Noir.

TASTING NOTE

Medium bright ruby, the nose entices with lifted violets and lavender, accompanied by thyme and red berries. On the palate, a medley of red cherries, raspberries, and boysenberries is enriched by brambles, mocha and spice, which add complexity. Vibrant and energetic, yet with a soft, silky texture, its supple tannins make it very approachable. Balanced with a long finish, this is a characteristically vibrant, delicious Pinot Noir.
