Locally grown barley is distilled into a traditional Shochu spirit, then distilled again with a range of botanicals. The shochu base means this is a gentle, softly textured gin.

The cherry blossom botanical that provides the name is used with restraint but is clearly present on the palate along with main notes of orange and mandarin.
