With refreshing notes of zesty lemon and the briny essence of sea kelp, it’s grounded by the earthy warmth of liquorice root and juniper. This racy, saline-infused spirit invigorates and cleanses, embodying a soulful character that makes it truly unique—an exquisitely styled gin that feels both cool and refined.

We individually distil each botanical—juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, liquorice root, lemon, orris root, giant kelp, and dill seeds—then meticulously blend them. We add a saline solution during the dilution phase, capturing the very essence of the coastal environment.
