Prenzel Vincon began as a request from executive chefs to create a pre-reduced wine stock. The result is a concentrate that contains four times the flavour of table wine without the alcohol or need for time consuming reducing. Vincon can replace white wine in cooking by using a quarter of what the recipe calls for. Casseroles, sauces, vinaigrettes and marinades are easy to make and full of flavour. This product will keep for six months once opened 500ml bottle.
