This brand-new Single Malt Irish Whiskey comes from the West Cork distillery, situated in Skibbereen on the southern end of Ireland. Matured in American oak barrels before a final finish in ex-Consorcio Licorero Nacional rum casks. Honey and vanilla sweetness are joined by hints of toasted coffee and chocolate.
