A traditional ‘cream’ style of sherry, produced by combining Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes that are made in an Oloroso style. Sweet and raisiny to start with, brown sugar flavours, drier, nutty elements. Traditionally served neat on ice or as a cool long drink.
