This sweet, sticky sherry has been made with raisin-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes, it offers notes of raisins, figs and dense Christmas cake and walnuts.

Its low acidity and residual sugar of 380 g/l make it an ideal dessert wine to serve alongside cheese.
