Taittinger Champagne
$95.00
Made from over 35 different crus, the Taittinger Brut remains one of the finest non-vintage Champagnes out today.
The Taittinger Champagne house was founded in 1734 and is based in Reims. Their most well known wines are the Comtes de Champagne which is made of 100% Chardonnay and the Comtes de Champagne Rose, which is made of 70% Pinot noir and 30% Chardonnay.
Aged for a minimum of three years, the grapes blend together over time to deliver a lively and medium-dry wine packed with flavour. Generous notes of peach, candied lemon and vanilla come together on the palate of what is a deeply creamy, crisp and richly textured Champagne. This Taittinger Brut Reserve is known for its yellow colour and is made of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier.
This Champagne is versatile enough to pair with anything you wish.
