This full-bodied rum reveals aromas of toasted almond and delicate hazelnut followed by notes of intense orange peel, rich vanilla and subtle hints of medium roasted coffee and molasses.

Well balanced sweet vanilla and caramel on the palate with notes of chocolate raisins and orange pulp. Spicy oak, fermenting tropical fruit, tannic notes of leather and polished wood on the finish.

A tremendous 15 year old rum from Jamaica’s Appleton Estate, released to celebrate the Black River, which provides limestone-filtered water for the production of the distillery’s range of rum. A combination of both pot and column still rums are hand-selected, blended, and matured for a minimum of 15 years in the tropical Jamaican heat, producing this full-bodied and opulent sipper.
