Velho Barreiro is a traditionally made cachaça and one of the big names in Brazil.

Fiery and fresh cane sugar on the nose, sweet and complex to taste, with a peppery kick on the finish. Most will use this cachaça to make Caipirinhas, but it’s worth also trying it in rum cocktails like a Daiquiri.
