Welcome to the rebirth of Aotearoa’s first native liqueur.

To welcome Tī-toki Liqueur back, we are offering a very special limited-edition, handmade, numbered run for collectors and connoisseurs, with no two Ti-toki vessels identical.

For this special edition, artist/owner Karuna Douglas has drawn inspiration from the original chocolate-brown Ti-toki Liqueur ‘crock’, crafted by Orzel Pottery in 1979.

Crafted in Hawke’s Bay with Mānuka Honey, Kawakawa, Gisborne Oranges and Tītoki, and the spirit of the forest.

On the nose, Ti-Toki Liqueur opens with floral Mānuka honey lifted by citrus zest and the scent of the forest.

The palate moves in harmony, silky Mānuka sweetness, the gentle heat of kawakawa, bright orange vibrancy and earthy, grounding tītoki.

The finish is long, smooth and warming, Aotearoa’s native botanicals in balance.
