The finest Bundaberg Rum blended with aged reserves mellowed in heavily charred American Oak barrels with notes of 13 spices, fruit nectars & citrus zest.
TASTING NOTES
Aroma: Warming aromas of sweet dried spices, notably cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, humming over the sweetness of orange marmalade, fresh vanilla bean and dark caramel.
Palate: Golden syrup, star anise, and an earthy ginger spice lead to roasted notes of raw cacao.
Finish: Dry and lingering with a tingle of black pepper and liquorice.
Serve Suggestion: Neat over ice or mixed with ginger ale.
