Spiced rum from St Lucia! Coffey and pot still rums are aged in ex-bourbon barrels before being blended and infused with local fruits and spices. Including the likes of cinnamon, clove, vanilla, allspice, and orange peels, this is packed with tropical flavour.
Tasting Note
Orange peels, Jaffa Cakes, and pomander balls. Dark chocolate, Jamaican ginger cake, and festive cinnamon biscuits, with warming anise, vanilla, sweet wafts of caramel, and cola cubes.
