This sharply priced Champagne is wonderful buying and there is no doubt that a chilled bottle of Charles Orban will look a million bucks on your table. Elegant and dry, this NV Blanc de Noir has been vinted from 60% of Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. Its beauty is in the underlying weight that brings depth and drives to the palate, and those fresh bread and tangy citrus characters add a complex, refreshing touch to proceedings. It’s truly delicious. The Orban family has been growing grapes in Troissy since 1770 and has clearly honed their house style.
